Preparing detailed itineraries and providing necessary travel-related information to the executives
Reconciling and processing travel expenses in accordance with company policies
Meeting & Events Coordination and Support:
Coordinating and scheduling executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, arranging meeting rooms, and coordinating necessary resources
Attend meetings, taking accurate minutes, and distributing action items to ensure timely follow-up
Acting as a liaison between you and other teams, departments, and external partners
