Emilie Given’s journey is one of resilience and heart. Growing up in foster care taught her independence, but it also fueled her desire to create something meaningful. After nearly losing her life during childbirth in 2016, Emilie realized the true value of time and family. This experience led her to leave a thriving career as an executive assistant at Amazon to start She’s A Given in 2018. Her mission was clear: to create a company where executives could find balance, and working mothers could build fulfilling careers. Emilie’s journey from an executive assistant to CEO allows her to understand both sides, ensuring that every leader she supports receives the tailored, compassionate assistance they deserve. Today, she leads with empathy, fostering genuine relationships and helping others reclaim their time—just as she’s reclaimed her own.
